Plans have been prepared by Alex Coleman Associates and submitted to Mole Valley District Council for the redevelopment of a 0.2acre brownfield site off Kingston Road in Leatherhead.
A modern development comprising 8no. 2-bedroom residential flats will occupy the site following the demolition of Thistle Cottages.
